This issue is a feature for supporting special extendActivity elements of bpel.
In the original version, we don't need to support these elements. When we
get the requirement from users, we may fix it.

Create a bpel project, import a bpel file from Active bpel company
Open it, exception: org.eclipse.core.runtime.AssertionFailedException: null argument
Maybe the reason is the bpel file include some extension of bpel, the bpel editor can not
read it correctly.
