The reason for this is that the JBoss Central/EA site contains the latest RELEASED content
available in the 4.40.0.Beta4-SNAPSHOT target platform.
We can't push the Beta3 EA content into the public site until the Beta3 content is
ready.
So, this will be fixed automatically when we release Beta3 and update the contents of
these sites:
