Fred Bricon resolved JBIDE-17444.

Resolution: Done
Some url values had a trailing whitespace in
http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/configuration/ide-config.properties, causing the
error. The file was fixed, you just need to restart your IDE and try again.
However, the URL values deserves to be properly trimmed
No plugins in central tab software/update
