You, all, right, I managed to do it with different contexts for application and domain.
PR updated
Now it is without additional menu, just select application or domain and press Del.

I find it useful when I can delete app with some hotkey - as it is implemented in e.g.
Project Explorer - you can choose one (or more) application and by press Delete key you
are prompted to delete it (otherwise open context menu and delete). It would be nice
enhancement to have this.
