FWIW, I've verified that pushing into *an existing update site folder* works w/ the
addition of a --del flag. SHOULD NOT BE USED for pushing a NEW build folder, however.

instead of just the new 0.10.0 feature.
Solution:
either delete the whole target folder BEFORE rsyncing, or pass in -del to rsync to
CAREFULLY remove target files as we push.
