fixed. Default names actually works on the frotn page now. Second page has no
"name" section.

The new server wizard includes a name text on page 1. The one on my page is a duplicate
and is confusing to some users. Also they are rarely in sync as the user can change one or
the other causing problems.
Reduce to one.
