When right-click the plugin folder of a hybrid mobile project in project explorer tab
there is the 'Install Cordova Plugin' menu option.
Similarly when right-click a plug-in in project explorer tab there is the 'Remove
Cordova Plugin' menu option.
As per JBIDE-15748, 'Plugin' should be spelled *Plug-in*.
