We need to include 2.0.0.BETA and 1.0.0.CR3.
They are Runtime distributions. No one component depends on them. They need to be unpacked
in the file system like Seam Runtime or JBoss AS Runtime.
Make m2eclipse and other runtime/plugins available at test time
