p2 diff report for JBT/JBDS shows the Guava version isn't really all that different
than before w/ the above PR applied.

Luna RC4 has been built. Except if something very bad is noticed, it will become the
official Luna R/SR0 release.
We should update our target platform to use it, or at least start mirroring some sites.
