If you use that POM and remove all other dependencies, you should be able to make the
plugin work. I don't think there's anything special about it, per se... Making
that POM work is going to be a pain because the ticketing-service is not in any
repository. What I'm saying is, don't worry about my POM in particular. Just let
me know what you need me to do and I'll fix my POM.

To get proper Maven integration we should explore the project-configurator of m2eclipse
allowing you to import existing maven projects AND allow picking up settings setup in
pom.xml after project have been created.
Created this issue since I couldn't find something similar, let us discuss here what
needs to be done/any problems ?
