Resolution: Rejected
The issue depends on ECF timeout. The optimal timeout value depends on your connection
quality.
Try to decrease ECF timeout using:

-Dorg.eclipse.ecf.provider.filetransfer.httpclient.browse.connectTimeout=15000
-Dorg.eclipse.ecf.provider.filetransfer.httpclient.retrieve.connectTimeout=15000
-Dorg.eclipse.ecf.provider.filetransfer.httpclient.retrieve.readTimeout=15000

and reproduce the issue.
The default value is 120000 (2 min).
You can try different timeout values.
BTW
I haven't succeeded to reproduce the issue. Canceling JBoss Central jobs and switching
a workspace is too fast in my environment.

I understand, question is if lowering the default value is ok for you? To me timeout 10-15
second seems good enough for everything I can imagine.
