modules. See the gist on the tycho release notes wiki for how to do this migration once
its ready.
2) This for *sure* requires a new release/version bump of the parent pom - we can't

after switching to tycho 0.12.0 usage plugin are required to build, even if it is declared
as optional in manifest. It doesn't affect hudson build because it takes missing
requirements from composite staging repo. It affects local build tough,simple workaround

Only voiced issue was regarding the duplication of Eclipse BPEL in both JBoss BPEL and
Savara, which is only tangentially related (JBDS-1879).
Therefore, I've moved forward today w/ migration from 0.12 to 0.13 in the parent pom,
and upversioning of parent pom to 0.0.3-SNAPSHOT.
