It seems that it's a bug/feature of the WTP Structured Editor. In this case it
doesn't resolves the position after "#"-sign as an attribute value, so it

Here is nothing to test now, because we've excluded the CA invocation for ELs if there
is no EL starting character combination before the cursor position.
We agreed to restore this functionality later (with some changes on the sorting and
