Does this really suffice, what if the element is not a form, what if
the form is inside a render target or outside a render target.
Currently in myfaces we deal with those cases because the viewstate
needs to be updated wether the target element is a form or not.
What happens if you only execute but dont render? Or if you execute in
one form and render in another?
