[jsr-314-open] agenda items for JSF Summit

I thought it might be a good idea to put together some agenda items for discussion at JSF Summit. Since we don't get a chance to get together often, it's important not to forget what it is that we want to discuss. I've thrown together a page on the JCP wiki under the JavaServer Faces Workbook for JSF Summit 09. I've added a couple of agenda items off the top of my head. Feel free to add. Please excuse the complete lack of formatting.
