If memory serves I think Vaadin is a set of extensions/widgets built on top of GWT.

the RefCard from DZone, and it looks a lot like JSF and Wicket (the programming model is
closer to Wicket). It does have integrated theme support, which is nice.
They were giving away free books at the JavaOne Pavilion last year. I should have
grabbed one (because, hey! Free book! :) but I never took the time to find out what it was
all about. That's as close as I got. I did, though, just download the RefCard as
well, so we'll see. There might be some nice ideas to pilfer. :)
