[jsr-314-open] [jsf2next] Neil's specification edits

Neil Griffin has amassed a sizable catalog of corrections to the JSF 2 specification document in the following Google doc: http://docs.google.com/Doc?docid=0AW2H0u_g8JuTZGYycDZzdmhfMTRmOHo3ZmJncQ&... I'd like to submit the formal request to have these changes triaged and, where applicable, applied to the maintenance release.
