[jsr-314-open] Additional nominations

Thanks for proposing this Lincoln. +1 from me of course. At the EG meeting we also discussed giving members of the JSF implementation teams as well as component vendors write access to jsr-314-open. Along those lines, it seems to me that we should be including: - RichFaces: Jay Balunas - PrimeFaces: Cagatay Civici - MyFaces: Not sure who... I know that Leonardo Uribe has been very active and has been attempting to use the jsr-314-comments list to resolve spec issues. Direct access to jsr-314-open would provide a more efficient solution.
