[cdi-dev] Review comment: Either allow or explicity disallow EXTENDED @PersistenceContext

Section "18.7.1. Declaring a resource" mentions only: @PersistenceContext(unitName="CustomerDatabase") but doesn't tell whether injection of EXTENDED and/or UNSYNCHRONIZED PersistenceContext is allowed, dis-allowed or not-portable. Please consider covering all the possible attributes of annotation @PersistenceContext: type and synchronization.
