What do we think the status of this is? I am interested in moving this forward. I think
this is particularly important now with JMS 2 in early draft and Java EE 7 introducing
@javax.transaction.Transactional separate and apart from EJB (applaud!).

Add TransctionalScope as a standard scope to define beans whose lifecycle is the same as
a given transaction.
This scope should start automatically when a transaction starts (but lazily when actually
needed).
