@Transactional might also be used without JTA. It would also make the JTA spec dependent
on the Interceptor spec - not sure if you are aware of that!
@Transactional without the TxAttribute is useless btw. I thought Linda already has plans
to add those as well, isn't?

Add TransctionalScope as a standard scope to define beans whose lifecycle is the same as
a given transaction.
This scope should start automatically when a transaction starts (but lazily when actually
needed).
