Simon, in terms of when, we will definitely sort this out one way or another for CDI 1.1
(if it's just a bug in Weld / AS7, asap, otherwise for CDI 1.1 at the end of 2012).

Normally two beans with the same @Named would be treated as an error. If they are in
sperate war's this should be allowed.
