+1 for making it configurable whether or not implicit bean archives
should
get picked up automatically
+1 for only scanning explicit bean archives in SE mode
+0.5 for having a regexp exclude mechanism for defining classapth entries
which should *not* get scanned.
Containers WILL have this. But it might be too much depending on the
environment you are working in. E.g. for an OSGi environment it might not
work out that way and a different mechanism is needed.
