a.) this is backward incompatible to CDI-1.0
b.) why should we restrict ourselfs for pure CDI beans just because EJBs made this error
long time ago (and cannot change this because of backward compat reasons in EJB)
There is really no technical reason why protected and package scoped methods should not be
proxied.
No-interface view EJB proxying rules are less strict than CDI,
leading to odd error reporting
