[JBoss JIRA] (JBIDE-22381) Server Adapter Wizard: Enable to download project if it is not present in Eclipse workspace
by Fred Bricon (JIRA)

Fred Bricon updated JBIDE-22381:
--------------------------------
Fix Version/s: 4.4.x
> Server Adapter Wizard: Enable to download project if it is not present in Eclipse workspace
> -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
>
> Key: JBIDE-22381
> URL: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-22381
> Project: Tools (JBoss Tools)
> Issue Type: Enhancement
> Components: openshift
> Affects Versions: 4.4.0.Alpha2
> Reporter: Marián Labuda
> Labels: openshift_v3, server_adapter_wizard
> Fix For: 4.4.x
>
>
> If there is no project in Eclipse workspace or if there is not related project to selected OpenShift service, it is not possible/reasonable to proceed through wizard, because create server adapter would not be the desired one. It would be nice, if there would be some link/button to import an application to Eclipse workspace, like we have for OpenShift 2 (import through server adapter wizard and once imported proceed without any issues).

[JBoss JIRA] (JBDS-3869) platform installer should check/warn if Hyper-V is already enabled.
by Robert Terzi (JIRA)
Robert Terzi commented on JBDS-3869:
------------------------------------
It occurs to me that we should also file a bug for vagrant upstream providers on windows:
"On windows, the virtualbox and vmware providers should check if hyper-v is enabled which will prevent the other hypervisors from starting. Vagrant should issue a reasonable error message instead of just failing cryptically on vagrant up."
> platform installer should check/warn if Hyper-V is already enabled.

> The platform installer should check and warn if Hyper-V is already enabled on Windows systems.
> Hyper-V takes over the virtualization assist hardware, which will keep VirtualBox from being able to start the CDK box which depends on VT-x/AMD-V.

[JBoss JIRA] (JBIDE-22386) Server Editor: Select different service takes too long
by Marián Labuda (JIRA)
Marián Labuda created JBIDE-22386:
-------------------------------------
Summary: Server Editor: Select different service takes too long
Key: JBIDE-22386
URL: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-22386
Project: Tools (JBoss Tools)
Issue Type: Enhancement
Components: openshift
Affects Versions: 4.4.0.Alpha1
Reporter: Marián Labuda
Trying to select a different service for an OpenShift 3 Server Adapter in Server Editor takes too long. After click on the Select... button it takes ~2-3 seconds to open dialog to select a different service. It would be ok to take it that time if there would be some indication that something is happening, but there is no job while "something" is happening.
Also clicking on the button multiple times (if it is not responsible, I clicked again and again and again), it takes a bit longer and open multiple dialogs.
