Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have connection to OpenShift instance (e.g. CDK)
2. Click on *File* -> *New* -> *OpenShift Application*
3. *New OpenShift Application* shows up
4. Click on *Next* Button, but it is disabled.
You also cannot use *OpenShift Application* from Central.
