This issue is not specific in JBDS (JBDS is just were the default handling hurts the
most).
I've splitted out the issue for the automatic runtime setup which is now fixed so B2
doesn't have a bad default setup on Windows XP.
This issue still needs to be fixed though.
Either by actually detecting the problem of spaces and warn about it or get the jmx call
to work with spaces - maybe its a simple URL encoding problem ?

1) create empty workspace on a path containing space character
2) create web project
3) try to deploy on a server with workspace metadata deployment
No error logged, but nothing happens.
