the tail files console is not supposed to reopen again and again - its supposed to be a
persistent connection that shows the logs matching the initial filter.
Does it not work to close the console and then start it again ?
Display 'Tail files...' dialog every time

Since there is a new dialog for specifying log files filter, it should open every time i
click on Tail files context menu. Now you need to close console with tailed files to
change the file filter.
