Context menu "Run as -> Run on Server" for RESTful method in JAX-RS REST Web
Services node correctly deploys the project and after that opens Web Service tester with
service url. Verified on JBT 3.3.0 Beta1b. Closing JIRA.

See the attached screen shot, it would be great to open up the web service tester with a
right click rather then having to go to a new perspective. Easy usability win.
