trying to sum up I think there are 2 nice enhancements:
* change icon and tooltip "close console" to show the difference to closing the
view (which does just hide the view, it'll reappear using the very same pattern if you
tell the application to "tail file...") better. I filed this to JBIDE-13106
* add a "restart" button that would allow the user to change the pattern without
having to close the console

Since there is a new dialog for specifying log files filter, it should open every time i
click on Tail files context menu. Now you need to close console with tailed files to
change the file filter.
