[Design of JBoss Web Services] - webservice jaxb and custom accessor

Hi, in our company we use Hibernate/JPA + JbossWS to host create web services (beans annotated with @WebService). Now we get a lot of lazy loading exceptions when the Hibernate entity is serialized, because the persistence context is not any longer available when this takes place. Someone had the same problems and found a solution : http://forums.java.net/jive/message.jspa?messageID=174549 https://jaxb.dev.java.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=280 Only I have problems to apply this, because I do not find the correct places to configure JAXB in JBossWS. So two things have to be done 1. set the JAXB marshaller property, only how? marshaller.setProperty("com.sun.xml.bind.XmlAccessorFactory", true); | 2. Hi Alessio, please have a look at http://jbws.dyndns.org:8280/hudson/job/jBPM-Container-Matrix/ I believe this is relevant for the jbossws project as well. With http://jbws.dyndns.org:8280/hudson/job/jBPM3-JDK1.5/ for example you have a parametrized hudson run that allows you to specify a target container and database. What release of JDK are you using ? If you're using JDK1.6 it's not certified with this release (at least I remember so). Hi, I'm deploying our J2EE application with JAX-WS 2.1 on JBoss 4.2.2GA. Unfortunately I have suspition that JBoss and JAX-WS cause memory leaks because approximately after 24 hours with heavy load, JBoss crashes with OutOfMemory exception. And this happens when JAVA tries to allocate more than 2 GB of ram (Windows server 2003, 4 GB ram, 2x quad core Intel Xeon). When I started my investigation, I used native memory profiler which showed that large memory is allocated from zip.dll. This is why I decided to take a look at class loader. I found that in runtime a lot of classes are loaded by __JVM_DefineClass__ and org.jboss.mx.loading.UnifiedClassLoader3. Below you can see how the number of loaded classes grows and also you can see classes which are loaded more than once.
