Thomas, I see in the release notes you have an errata entry for JBAS-4210 https://svn.jboss.org/repos/jbossws/tags/jbossws-1.2.1.GA/build/dist/Rele... http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBAS-4210 JBAS-4210 is not a bug, the test that is failing is failing because JBossWS is incorrectly deploying the servlet as an endpoint even though it is not an endpoint. I sent a message to the dev list over the weekend, if you have happy for the changes I have made to be merged to trunk they correct the issue.
