I also forgot to mention one important fact here.
We do TCK testing of our releases against AS 5 Beta 4.
This is the reason why we i.e. JBossWS team believe that the following
assumption:
*If number of AS and EJBTHREE issues in tests-excludes-jboss501.txt file
(excludes file for AS trunk)
is less or equal to tests-excludes-jboss500.txt (excludes file for AS 5
Beta 4)
we know and are pretty sure it will pass TCK with high presumability.*

issues that needs to be fixed in JBAS or EJBTHREE module.
