[jbossws-dev] WS-RM, depends on WS-Policy, WS-PolicyAttachment

Hi Folks, you've probably already noticed that WS-RM has dependency on WS-Policy, WS-PolicyAttachment for configuration purposes. Not sure if it makes sense to start with those pieces.
