We are willing to say that the JCP.org boards are the community forum, if
we can get a statement from the JCP that the e-mail gateway will eventually
work (http://wiki.jcp.org/boards/index.php?b=958)
If the gateway isn't going to work, then we are going to need a new
mailinglist setup. If we get no action, we'll be forced to consider an
alternative solution like Google Groups, which we really don't want to have
to do.
