To save some space, I tried moving the following from the application's web.xml into a
shared web-fragment.xml:

</servlet>
<servlet-mapping>

</servlet-mapping>

<display-name>RichFaces Filter</display-name>
<filter-name>richfaces</filter-name>
<filter-class>org.ajax4jsf.Filter</filter-class>
</filter>

<filter-name>richfaces</filter-name>
<servlet-name>Faces Servlet</servlet-name>
<dispatcher>REQUEST</dispatcher>
<dispatcher>FORWARD</dispatcher>

If I move them, I get the exception:

Looks like WebXMLParser isn't written to look for web-fragment.xml's...
