But if i write just like below (outside rich:dataTable) <a4j:commandLink id="lnkCallDetails" action="#{callLogAction.loadPreviousCallDetails}"> <h:outputText value="#{callLogBean.dateStamp}" /> </a4j:commandLink> action method is invoked. Please help !!! Durgesh
