I'm working on very similar issue RF-10980 and it concerns the same line. I think it
should be
if (root != this.cdiv[0])
instead of
if (root != this.div.get(0))
The "this.div" contains only javascript that initializes the popup panel widget.
It's "this.cdiv" that actually contains the popup content.

When opening a popupPanel with inputText-components, pressing the tab key to switch
between input fields results in the address input field getting the focus.
tabindex-attributes do not help this issue. This issue does not exist with Google Chrome
browsers.
