Of course, the problem then, is that IMO if other named queues are defined the global
queue will not continue to be an affective workaround...

a4j:status, add global="true" option to automatically listen to all ajax
requests regardless of region, this would make it easier to implement solutions that
require code to be called automatically before and after any ajax call (like the
workaround for RF-7706)
