In the live demo it shows to use f:selectitem/f:selectitems as the choices, it makes me
think naturally that it supports value/label pair. How come it doesn't support
currently :(
Anyway please enhance/fix it (better in 3.3.x branch too), and please add comment in the
live demo/documentation to mention this limitation.

I believe the two mentioned components should be capable of replacing values with labels
as < select> and <h:selectOneMenu> does.
Current implementation limits their use, for instance they can't act as entity
selectors in conjunction with <s:selectItems> and <s:convertEntity>.
I don't see a work around the problem.
