--------------------------------------------
Key: RF-12621
URL:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/RF-12621
Project: RichFaces
Issue Type: Bug
Security Level: Public(Everyone can see)
Components: component-misc
Reporter: Jiří Štefek
Fix For: 4.3.0.M3
Original Estimate: 15 minutes
Remaining Estimate: 15 minutes
When a placeholder is present in some component (example below) and placeholder's
attribute @selector is present and empty, shouldn't it work as if it was without
@selector? (Placeholder will work with input)
{code}
<h:inputText id="input">
<rich:placeholder selector=""/>
</h:inputText>
{code}
Can be easily fixed in placeholder.template.xml
{code}
...
<cdk:scriptOption name="targetId" value="#{empty component.selector ?
component.parent.clientId : null}" />
...
{code}
