It seems 1.6.5 is not planned, so 1.6 branch of jQuery is pretty stable.

We should upgrade jQuery, so we ship with the latest possible version.
Since we already did a jQuery upgrade in M2, involving a minor version increment, this
point release upgrade should be straightforward.
