Bind this link & inplaceSelect component following way: <rich:componentControl attachTo="setValueID" event="onclick" for="inplaceSelectID" operation="setValue"> <f:param name="value" value="passeds"/> <f:param name="label" value="passeds"/> </rich:componentControl> 3. Navigate to the test application, select InplaceSelect component. 4. Click on inplaceSelect('passed','passed') link 5. Verify inplaceSelect value. FAILURE: [object Object] displays in the inplaceSelect component
