Also, users entering text into the combobox should not be allowed to type something that is not in the list. The problem is when data is populated from the database, the value property is necessary for holding the entity primary key, since the property that is used as label isn't always unique at the database, like the name property of an Employee entity for example. It has also the problem of having to write extra code to retrieve the entity.
