I'll work for it. I don't know exactly how the dataScroller works right now, but i was thinking maybe the ajax's request is the right rowIndex, but the wrong "current" dataScroller's page.
For instance, it's supposed to send the rowIndex 1 from page 1.
Then, when the user navigates to page 2, it's supposed to send rowIndex 1 from *page 2*. However, it's submitting rowIndex 1 from *page 1*
It's just a guess
