Navigate to the page and click "send e-mail" command link. Actual behavior: E-mail sending failed. But when replace a4j:commandLink with <a href="http://jboss.seam.org/">http://jboss.seam.org/</a> - e-mail send successfully. Link is present in mail body(see e-mail successfully sent.png)
