Here's a minimal example showing the behaviour.
sandbox.data is a list of 30 records or so. All facets just output the pageIndex and pages
variables. They are right for pages and fastforward, but they are null for first and
fastrewind.

When the pageIndexVar and pagesVar attributes of datascroller are used, they should be
available in all the facets. But they can only be read in the pages, next and fastforward
facets and not in first, previous and fastrewind.
