Resolution: Rejected
It doesn't make sense to use this component on a mobile device. However, one could use
the 4th option in this demo where, when the user clicks the box, the tooltip appears. This
would allow for some exact positioning of elements when a touch happens. I can't think
of a usecase for it at this time.

The client side tooltip has problem to sometimes to show up, mainly when should be showed
as first tool tip at that demo for tool tip.
