Here is very simple example, it doesn't work with
<context-param>
<param-name>org.richfaces.LoadScriptStrategy</param-name>
<param-value>ALL</param-value>
</context-param>
but it's work with
<context-param>
<param-name>org.richfaces.LoadScriptStrategy</param-name>
<param-value>DEFAULT</param-value>
</context-param>
