#1. Set namespace="http://java.sun.com/jsf/html" for rich:page.
#2. Navigate to the page.
#3. View page source code.
#4. Check default namespace value.
Actual behavior:
namespace is set to "http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" independent of
'namespace' attribute value.
